Letters slip into the channel nesting perfectly together.
Each letter is 'vertically grained' for stronger fit and longer lasting use.
Designed for full outdoor use in the sun and water.
The signage width surface allows up to 15 characters wide.
The special Font is big and bold and available in 3 great contrast colors. RED, BLUE AND BLACK as standard. Custom colors TBA.

Master Frame Features

The frame is made 90% pre assembled and includes options pre fitted & designed.
Made from an ALL STEEL CONSTRUCTION seamless edging with Aluminium Faces finished in outdoor quality coated white powdercoated oven baked paint in shiny gloss.

Thick wall hollow tubing is used on rails and thighs.

On each side, a 90° angle metal face is fitted giving strength and durability and smooth maximum signage area.

The internal framework is fully welded and pre assembled ready clip over extender joints.
 

All metal master frame construction and header section for signwriting and graphics. Strong bipod framing with lockable wheels, extra legs and bracing. Made for outdoor conditions.

Bipods

Two tripods are included. The super strong neck joint and thick upright posts interlock with the main sign frame thigh posts. This is a smooth fit and ideal for outdoor signage.

Angular braces prevent the tripods splaying.

Also includes two extender post sector for optional height adjustment or fitting to a permanent location.

Stabilizer Feet and Locking Wheels. Each Foot or Wheel plate is interlockable. You can use solid wheels with brake or feet and adjust the position of the plate. Heavy duty plate and wheels are used. Under each foot is a rubber pad for additional grip, also includes peg holes.

Getting it all together:

95% of the sign is pre-assembled. All you need to do is slip on feet or wheels, place the main sign frame over the tripod, add a few bolts and add your message. All components are included.
You will need an adjustable wrench.

Signwriters can add a logo to the top of the board.

Adjustable feet and wheel components make using on slanted ground a breeze. The sign bipods can be raised higher, or removed for affixing the master frame to a pylon sign.
