Letters slip into the channel nesting perfectly together.
Each letter is 'vertically grained' for stronger fit and longer lasting use.

The signage width surface allows up to 18 characters wide.

Master Frame Features

The frame is made 90% pre assembled and includes options pre fitted & designed.
Made from an ALL STEEL CONSTRUCTION seamless edging with Signwhite Faces finished in outdoor quality coated white powdercoated oven baked paint in shiny gloss.

Thick wall hollow tubing is used on rails and thighs.

On each side, a 90° angle metal face is fitted giving strength and durability and smooth maximum signage area.

The internal framework is fully welded and pre assembled ready clip over extender joints.

All metal master frame construction and header section for signwriting and graphics. Strong bipod framing & wheels. Made for outdoor conditions.

Bipods

Two tripods are included. The super strong neck joint and thick upright posts interlock with the main sign frame thigh posts. This is a smooth fit and ideal for outdoor signage.

Angular braces prevent the tripods splaying.

 

Stabilizer Feet and Wheels.  Heavy duty plate and wheels are used.

Getting it all together:

95% of the sign is pre-assembled. All you need to do is slip on feet or wheels, place the main sign frame over the tripod, add a few bolts and add your message. All components are included.
You will need an adjustable wrench.

Aluminium and metal sign construction with reinforced engineering for long lasting business signage promotions. Easy to change with new messages. Adjustable feet and wheel components make using on slanted ground a breeze. The sign bipods can be removed for affixing the master frame to a pylon sign.

  Under the frame is a set of adjustble pins and extending legs. The top master sector is also height adjustable giving the interchangeable sign an additional 225mm height above the bipods.

The bipod is constructed using thick guage metals and coated.

This gives you a superbly crafted signwriting board that you can use on a road, on a shop, for advertising, for quick displays and lots lots more. All metal construction, not cheap plastic or cheap fibreglass.
